Throughout his career, Stephen has served as legal counsel on over 180 private equity funds and real estate syndications. His unique perspective on securities law was shaped early in law school, where he was actively flipping and wholesaling houses -an entrepreneurial experience that gave him firsthand insight into both the financial realities of real estate investing and the practical challenges entrepreneurs face when structuring deals. 

This combination of legal expertise and real-world business experience allows Stephen to approach each engagement with an understanding of how regulatory requirements, corporate structures, and business objectives interconnect that extends beyond legal theory.
